1. Campaign description
- The surprise gift coupon is a benefit offered to customers who finalize an order on the website.
- The benefit is an automatic gift voucher, depending on the value of the basket.
- The coupon has no commercial value and cannot be sold, transferred or converted into cash.
2. Eligibility conditions
- The coupon is only available for orders with a minimum value of 100 lei.
- The value of the basket is calculated after other benefits, but before transportation charges.
- The campaign is valid exclusively for orders placed online.
- The organizer may cancel the benefit in case of cancelled or returned orders or suspected fraud.
3. How it works
- The coupon is automatically generated after completing an eligible order.
- Each coupon includes a unique code, value and validity period.
- The coupon can only be used once, in one order.
- After the expiration date, the coupon can no longer be used or reactivated.
- The value of the benefit cannot exceed the total value of the new order.

5. Limitations and exclusions

6. Responsibilities and limitations
- The organizer is not responsible for technical problems with the website or system errors.
- In case of technical error, the incorrectly generated coupon may be invalidated and replaced.

7. Modification or termination of the Campaign
