Delivery and payment


Delivery

We deliver in Romania and in any European Union country. The cost of parcel delivery in Romania is 19 Lei.

Payment in advance (card or bank transfer) brings you benefits: delivery free delivery, in Romania, for orders of minimum 500 Lei or a reduced transportation cost by 5 You. When paying by card is also available the EasyBox delivery option from SameDay.

The cost of delivery to EU countries is currently being implemented on the website, please contact us for more details (price differs depending on the country and weight of the package). For delivery only the options of payment by card or bank transfer will be available.

We deliver in:

  • Bulgaria, Hungary at the price of 45 Lei
  • Czech Republic, Greece at the price of 55 Lei
  • Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria, Croatia, Poland, Netherlands at the price of 65 Lei
  • France, Belgium, Ireland at the price of 85 Thei

Delivery of products in stock, in Romania, is made in 1-3 working days from order confirmation. For products that are not in stock, we will notify you by email or by phone when the order can be delivered.

Delivery of products from supplier stock in Romania is made within 2-5 working days from order confirmation. For products that are not in stock, we will notify you by email or phone when the order can be delivered.

The delivery of the products, in countries other than Romania, is made in 4-7 working days from the order confirmation. For products that are not in stock, we will notify you by email or phone the date when the order can be delivered.

Any problems with the integrity/content of a parcel are reported at the time of delivery on the AWB or a report is made, the parcel is refused and payment is made.

Any subsequent claims regarding these matters are null and void.

Orders that could not be confirmed by email or phone will be automatically cancelled within 3 working days from the date of placing the order.

Modalities flata

There are 3 payment methods available:

  • Reimbursement
  • Online payment by Card
  • Payment by bank transfer (payment order)

1. Reimbursement:

Payment can be made in cash when the courier delivers the ordered goods. The amount of the refund will be indicated on the invoice accompanying the goods and will be the same as the amount communicated when the order was placed.

2. Online payment by Card:

Cards accepted are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD.

No additional transaction fees are charged.

Transactions are made in lei, at your bank's exchange rate regardless of the currency you have in your account.

We do not ask for and/or store any of your card details.

The processing of card data is done through the mobilpay.ro

3. Payment by bank transfer (payment order):

The delivery of the goods is made after the full amount has been credited to our account. Please find below our payment details:
